Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and CreatorIntent ("CreatorIntent," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of creatorintent.com and the related CreatorIntent applications, APIs, features, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use CreatorIntent for an organization or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use. You must be legally authorized to make any purchase.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting access to your Google account, email, devices, and CreatorIntent session.
• You may not share an account in a way that bypasses plan limits, impersonate another person, create accounts through unauthorized automation, or use an account after we have suspended it.
• Notify us promptly at devsolutionsbd@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. The CreatorIntent service

CreatorIntent helps creators research video ideas, understand viewer intent, prepare titles and metadata, plan scripts and thumbnails, and analyze an authorized YouTube channel. Features, limits, supported platforms, and availability depend on your plan and may change as the Service develops.

YouTube connection

Connecting YouTube is optional. If you connect a channel, CreatorIntent requests read-only permission to retrieve channel information and YouTube Analytics data for the private analysis you request. CreatorIntent does not receive permission to upload, edit, or delete YouTube content. You represent that you own or are authorized to connect and analyze the selected channel.

Use of YouTube API Services is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. You can revoke CreatorIntent's access from your Google Account permissions or disconnect the channel inside CreatorIntent.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Plans and prices. Paid features require a subscription. The price, billing interval, included usage, and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Prices are presented in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
• Payment provider. Checkout, payment-card processing, receipts, and the customer billing portal are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Your purchase may also be subject to the provider's checkout terms.
• Automatic renewal. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel before the next renewal date. You authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription.
• Cancellation. You may turn off renewal from CreatorIntent's Billing page or the secure billing portal. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then.
• Refunds. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge was made in error.
• Plan changes. Upgrades, downgrades, usage allowances, trials, and promotions may have additional terms shown when you select them.

5. Your content and AI-assisted output

Your content

You retain ownership of text, images, logos, prompts, and other material you submit to CreatorIntent ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the Service to you.

You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for Your Content and for our processing of it. Do not upload private, unlawful, infringing, or sensitive material that is unnecessary for the feature you are using.

Generated content

CreatorIntent uses automated and AI-assisted systems to generate research, titles, descriptions, scripts, recommendations, and images. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use output generated for you. Similar or identical output may be generated for other users, and we do not guarantee that output is unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or potentially infringing. You are responsible for reviewing it and deciding whether and how to use or publish it. CreatorIntent does not guarantee views, revenue, subscriber growth, search ranking, platform approval, or any other outcome.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Break the law, violate another person's rights, or facilitate fraud.
• Upload or generate content that is abusive, exploitative, deceptive, malicious, unlawfully discriminatory, or invasive of privacy.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Access or connect a YouTube channel without the channel owner's authorization.
• Scrape, probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security, rate limits, subscription controls, or usage limits of the Service.
• Introduce malware, obtain unauthorized access, harvest credentials, or interfere with another user.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service as a competing product without our written permission.

We may investigate suspected misuse and remove content, limit features, or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

7. CreatorIntent ownership and feedback

CreatorIntent and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation. Feedback does not include Your Content or private Google and YouTube user data.

8. Third-party services

CreatorIntent relies on third-party services, including Google and YouTube APIs, Lemon Squeezy, hosting providers, and AI or media-processing providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party products, websites, platform decisions, outages, or changes outside our control.

CreatorIntent is an independent service and is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Google or YouTube. "YouTube" and related marks belong to their respective owners.

9. Suspension, termination, and service changes

You may stop using CreatorIntent at any time. You may disconnect YouTube from the Channel Analysis page and may request account deletion by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a way that could harm CreatorIntent, its providers, or other users. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid Service before the end of a prepaid period, we will provide any remedy required by applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorIntent and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption arising from or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorIntent's total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid CreatorIntent for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold CreatorIntent and its personnel harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from Your Content, your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service, or your material violation of these Terms.

11. General terms

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires another process.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our business. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when a change is material. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Entire agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and CreatorIntent concerning the Service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of the Service.
